An all new EDGE Mulcher has been added to the lineup of land clearing attachments offered by CEAttachments. This new attachment is designed for cost-effective and time-saving mulching of brush and small trees on standard-flow hydraulics to clear through overgrown vegetation.
This new EDGE Mulcher attachment is equipped with a safety pusher bar to force brush or small trees down and allow the mulcher teeth to contact the lower portion of the brush to mulch it. The rest of the plant is mulched as the machine moves through the working area up to 1-inch below grade.
Features include 96 carbide-tipped teeth for long tooth life, smooth operation and fine mulch. The rotor is designed with 6 staggered rows of teeth around the circumference that cut into and shred wood material as it moves into the rotor.
Easy to Operate
The new EDGE Mulcher also features a rear chain shield and pressure gauge visible on the back of the mulcher for the operator to monitor hydraulic pressure while operating. A relief valve in the hydraulic circuit is also featured to prevent overloading of any drive components. Easy to hook up and remove from most skid steers, requires only 16-21 gpm hydraulic flow and comes complete with hoses and flat face couplers.
